This session will present an open dialogue and discussion between HS2 and SKANSKA focusing on how the supply chain can work effectively with HS2. They will discuss the important role collaboration, trust, shared values and behaviours play in driving effective working relationships to deliver Europe's largest high speed rail infrastructure project on time and to budget.
